Welcome to I Want A Doodle. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website, its educational content, recommendations, and services.
Throughout these terms, “I Want A Doodle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business providing this website and its services.
By accessing or using this website, visitors agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Additional terms may apply to specific purchases or services.
1. About I Want A Doodle
Founded in 2012 as a Goldendoodle breeding program, I Want A Doodle has expanded to include educational resources, product recommendations, and personalized doodle consultations.
This website shares information about Goldendoodles, responsible breeding, puppy selection, grooming, training, genetics, health, products, and everyday life with dogs.
Breeding plans, puppy availability, and services may vary over time. Nothing on this website guarantees current or future puppy availability.
2. Educational Information
Articles, recommendations, guides, and other content are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Content reflects breeding experience, research, professional knowledge, and information available at the time of publication.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and useful information, I Want A Doodle does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every situation.
Information may change as research, products, breeder practices, and other circumstances evolve.
Visitors are responsible for evaluating information and making decisions appropriate to their individual circumstances.
3. Veterinary, Health, and Safety Disclaimer
Information about canine health, nutrition, supplements, genetics, grooming, training, behavior, and safety is educational and is not a substitute for veterinary medical advice.
I Want A Doodle does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions through its website or educational consultations.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian or appropriately qualified professional when making decisions involving an animal’s health, treatment, or safety.
Dogs have individual needs, medical histories, and responses to products and training methods. No particular health, behavioral, training, or safety outcome is guaranteed.
Visitors should follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate supervision, and exercise independent judgment when selecting products or applying information.
4. Doodle Consultation Services
I Want A Doodle may offer paid educational consultation services, including the Clarity Call, Decision Session, and Doodle Deep Dive.
Consultations are designed to help individuals and families better understand their options when considering a Goldendoodle, breeder, breeding program, or puppy.
Services may include discussions of breed characteristics, size, coat, temperament, health testing, genetics, breeder practices, and puppy selection.
Consultations provide educational guidance and professional perspective. They do not constitute veterinary, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
Each consultation is limited to the services and duration described in the applicable package. Additional research, breeder comparisons, document reviews, or follow-up communication are not included unless expressly stated.
I Want A Doodle does not guarantee that a client will find or purchase a puppy, receive approval from a breeder, or achieve a particular result.
5. Independent Breeders and Third-Party Services
I Want A Doodle may discuss, research, evaluate, or recommend independent breeders, breeding programs, puppies, trainers, and other service providers.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, these third parties operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of I Want A Doodle.
Assessments may rely on publicly available information, documents supplied by clients or breeders, and representations made by third parties.
I Want A Doodle cannot independently verify every claim, credential, health test, pedigree, breeding practice, or representation.
A favorable assessment or recommendation is not a certification, warranty, or guarantee of a breeder’s integrity, compliance, practices, puppies, or future conduct.
Clients remain responsible for independently reviewing breeder documentation, contracts, health testing, and other relevant information before making decisions.
Contracts, deposits, purchases, placements, disputes, and other arrangements with independent breeders are solely between the parties involved.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I Want A Doodle is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the independent actions or omissions of third parties.
6. No Guarantees Regarding Puppies
No website content, consultation, breeder assessment, or recommendation guarantees a puppy’s future health, size, coat, shedding, allergy compatibility, temperament, trainability, behavior, or lifespan.
Genetics, environment, development, health, and individual variation can affect outcomes.
Any puppy purchase, reservation, deposit, health guarantee, guardian arrangement, or placement directly involving I Want A Doodle is governed by the specific written agreement applicable to that transaction.
These website terms do not replace, modify, or override separately executed puppy purchase, guardian, or placement agreements.
7. Consultation Payments, Refunds, and Scheduling
Consultation prices, durations, and included services are those stated at the time of purchase.
Consultation purchases are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where I Want A Doodle is unable to provide the purchased services.
Requests to reschedule should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable. Rescheduling in those circumstances is at our discretion.
If I Want A Doodle cannot provide a purchased consultation, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the services not provided.
Clients are responsible for providing requested documents and information in a timely manner. Missing or incomplete information may limit the review that can reasonably be completed.
Additional information is available in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Compensation may be earned from qualifying purchases, referrals, or promotional relationships.
Recommendations may reflect personal experience, research, professional judgment, or other considerations identified in the content.
A recommendation does not guarantee that a product or service will be appropriate, effective, safe, or satisfactory for every purchaser.
Affiliate partners and retailers are responsible for their own transactions, products, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service, and applicable legal obligations.
Prices, ingredients, availability, product specifications, promotions, and policies may change without notice.
Visitors should independently review product information, manufacturer instructions, and seller policies before purchasing.

Except where otherwise required by law, I Want A Doodle does not provide warranties for third-party products or assume responsibility for manufacturing defects, recalls, shipping problems, fulfillment issues, or a third party’s failure to meet its obligations.
Visitors are responsible for determining whether products are appropriate for their animals, following manufacturer instructions, and obtaining professional guidance where necessary.
Nothing in these terms removes responsibility for I Want A Doodle’s own conduct where liability cannot legally be excluded.

I Want A Doodle makes no guarantee that the website or its informational content will meet every visitor’s particular needs or expectations.
Implied warranties are disclaimed only to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

IMPORTANT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I Want A Doodle and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, reliance on its general informational content, or transactions with independent third parties.
For claims arising directly from paid consultation services, the aggregate contractual liability of I Want A Doodle and its operator will not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim, to the extent such a limitation is legally enforceable.
These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms prevents visitors or clients from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
